We have lived here for almost 2 years, and the management is terrible. We constantly are getting notices to enter the apartment, and after making special arrangements with our dogs..they either don't show up or show up on the wrong day! The management staff changes constantly, so no one ever knows what's going on. The management never keeps thier posted hours, so I have major problems picking up packages at the office. The maintenance crew has NEVER fixed anything correctly, ever. They are renovating the apartments, so maybe it won't be a problem for a new tenant. We are being forced to move due to the renovations, and are having to pay a huge penalty anyway!($2400) All that being said, the location is AWESOME. Walk across the street to QFC, Hollywood video, and walking distance to the river trail. The floorplan we have (3 bedroom Columbia) is awesome too. Parking is good, although you have to pay extra if you want a covered spot. Pet rent is $35/month PER PET. Much higher than anyone else. Also, they are building a park and ride right next door, so it's likely to get noisy if you live on the south side of the complex. It's already pretty noisy just from construction around the police station.
