Paper walls and construction are common to these old buildings. Don?t believe them when they tell you they not planning a construction because in 4 years they always had something. And they love to work on Saturdays and holidays. (On Sunday you may get noise from leaf cleaner).







Don?t live there during the winter since even 10 hours of heating will not make you comfortable. These apart are cold all the time. However: you can always be the winner for the highest electric bill.



The heating is central and very noise. It is also on the top so it takes two hours before you feel the heat on the cotch where you seat. If you do not like cold places Ravenswood is not for you.





Parking is fare but don?t look for a cozy spot to seat in lot...its all housing and parking.



Stuff is nice but does not make the effort to keep you there. No matter how long you lived there. There are bios to Microsoft people. (And may have un-appropate behavior to none-Microsoft)



Positive:

1. Big rooms (bigger then other aprts).

2. Nice stuff, but...see above

3. Near Microsoft - They will make sure to tell you that!!!

4. Any apartment complex in that area is near all the shopping you can have (two malls and three shopping areas)




Not worth the cost even if the location is good...try other places with similar price and same area....You can find newer apartments, near by and with same or better deal. (most will also have appropate heating).





Conclusion: Look at other places.
