Old and getting worst

I chose this place for the convenience of being close to my work and for the price, that is, cheap. Water and sewer were included and also one covered park place and swim pool was heated. After 2 years they started to charge water and sewer apart and turn off heating of the swim pool. Even in summer the pool feels cold. Never went there again. After several car burglary, they decided to build garages. They started charging $25 for each covered space with some excuse for garage construction. Now the garage construction has ongoing for 6 months already and it has been very, very incovenient. There is dust and mud all over and they don't even bother clean it.
Neighbors don't care much for respect too. It is frequent people going to the dumpters very late (2, 3am) and making a lot of noise. Sometimes we wake up thinking it is someone breaking into a car.
Heating is very poor. Heaters are central and have exausts close to the ceiling. Hot air keeps at the ceiling and cold air at the floor, you have the feeling that is always cold. And you can't sleep with the damn thing on. The fan is too noisy.
The fridge is so old and inneficient that it keeps working 90% of the time. You can tell for the few minutes that it keeps quiet.
Acoustic insulation is very precarious. Neighbors downstairs wake up at 4am every day, and I can tell because I hear the bathroon fun stop and start several times. And I can tell when they are watching the news or a movie on TV.

The playground outside was the creepiest thing I ever saw over here in Redmond (where playgrouds are average B+). A small wooded brige and some old tires to climb. Never seen a kid playing there. With the garage construction they finally built a new playground with modern toys, made of metal and platic. But even here they decided to save money and made a minimal thing.
And could go on and on, but I guess you already have the picture.

Fortunately we are moving out soon. I can't take one one more winter on this thing!

The botton line is: don't come to this place unless you don't have any option.
