Not bad, but overpriced

Fairly unremarkable apartment complex. Apartments were reasonable sizes and fairly well maintained, the clubhouse and weight room were small but fairly modern and unused. You can definitely do better for what they are charging however, just this month they chopped $100 off the 1-bedroom rents and you can still find a comparable place for quite a bit less just down the road. In addition, they've torn up all the covered parking spaces (which they charged for) and replaced them with garages (which they're charging even more for). Parking was tight enough here as it was, the conversion from covered spaces to garages has cut the parking capacity by an additional 20% I would guess. Be prepared to fork over an extra $40 a month for a garage, or you'll be circling every night just trying to find a space.
