I chose ravenswood 'cause it's very close to my work place. But the week I moved in I realized I'm at wrong place. Apts walls are so thin that you can clearly hear your neighbors and unfortunately for me, my neighbours(on top) day seemed to start only after midnight. I could hear them shouting on phone at 1:00AM. Luckily after my complaining to neighbor directly, late night nosies stopped.
One thing I must point out is about staff, they are very dishonest, when my lease was expiring they sent me new lease terms. After discussing with them I agreed for new lease (I was little scared of pain of moving). They asked me to come next day as they needed some time to prepare papers. Belive me I had started signing the papers and this lady tells me I would have to pay extra for parking. This thing she never mentioned before, and I asked her why didn't I was told about, she said she said sorry she didn't knew it either. Based on my previous experiences with them I couldn't trust them and it was like they knew I don't want to move and would be ready to pay. I never bargained with rate hike for renewal and therefor was in shock. Luckily, I decided to cancel and now living at much better place.

Other Cons:
Washer/D unit are located in patio/balcony (ver weird). In winter you can't do laundry as washing machine won't work.
Its very old.
When I moved in they didn't have don cleaning properly.
Maintainance simply sucks.
Even if you get reserved parking don't assume you can park in or out anytime you like. Someone will sure park on the road (sometimes with emergency lights turned on) on many occassions. Once I was blocked for more than an hour and had called towing services.
