I stayed in this apartment for 2 years, it is very close to MS and has nice amenities. The management is responsive but always changing.

As soon as we moved in they sent us a letter within 2 weeks to vacate the apartment and move to another one as this one had mold issues. Well then why hell did you rent it out. They however were nice and paid for everything including the moving, utilities and 11/2 extra month. But still it is inconvenient.

The new apartment which was 100% mold free as claimed by the management was infested with lot of mold. It would come back every other month. Nothing was done instead of regular "cleaning". Finally the regional manager paid the visit and gave us option to get out of the lease after 11/2 years. But then the management changed. We finally moved out after finding nice house.

I am worried about the mold in my new house as I have definitely carried the mold spores from that apartment on the furniture, cloths and everything.

The management as I said was responsive and co-operative. They did not charge me anything upon move out.

If you rent here, rent the second floor. The apartments are old and they have serious mold issues on the first floor.

Oh the previous management before Avalon was horrible. They authorize the carpet cleaning at 1.00 am, YES 1.00 am. Once 3 times in a month carpet cleaners had their noisy machine on for most of the night!!!

It has become much better place after Avalon took over.
