Since my wife and I moved in 4 months ago, this place has gotten progressively worse. Maybe it was like this all along and we just started noticing it.

The construction mentioned in the last review is ungoing....outside our apartment is a complete mess....semi swamp land

My wife has seen a rat on a couple of occasions... and since calling it in 2 weeks ago nothing seems to have been done

Also I find it odd that if you call for maintenance...when they do come they don't leave a note or any sign they were there...so you never know if someone was in your apt or not

for $900 you should expect better
