I'd have to agree with just about everything the review on 4/16/06 said. For me and my roommate, however, it has been quite annoying living here. we've been here almost 10 months now. it was fine at first but as soon as spring rolled around alot of construction started. people were constantly entering our apartment to fix things. in one case, 'fixing' or 'updating' some fittings on our pipes and kitchen sink ended up with a pretty nasty leak. But mantienence was very quick to respond and get it fixed so that was a plus. but my roommate works from home and was very annoyed by the constant noise because of all the 'renovations' they are doing. right now we have limited use of our deck due to more 'renovations'. we opted not to continue living here as rent is being hiked up quite a bit. plus we're tired of all the noise from the renovations and people constantly coming into our home to update and fix things. they cant even wait 1 month till we move out.

those are my only real annoyances. if it werent for those things we would probably stay. its been very quiet and peaceful up until the contruction
