I have been staying here for couple of months and found the maintenace ppl very co-operative and prompt.Yeah rent is a bit high.Overall the apt is gud as kitchen has a window which keeps ventilation gud.I will suggest to be here as bus stops are very near.Prefer to take top floor because definitely noise disturbance is there and I noticed its everywhere..so we cant crib abt it...swimming pool can be used only in summer , this is a sad part...managers are gud , i never had bad exp though my frds say staff is rude sometimes..but i hardly spoke to them personally, most of time my work was done on phone like asking for maintenance etc...Washer are in the balcony so u dont get to hear noise inside living room .Apt are spacious and u have 1 storage in bedroom and if u r lucky u may have 2 , 1 in front of restroom and one in living room.So overall its ok..they do provide clean carpet and if its not cleaned u can ask them to do service, my friend asked for carpet cleaning before leaving the apt :-) and they did it for free..I found the stay pleasant and planning to renew lease if the rent is not increased much..currently we are paying 850$/monthly.I agree rent is high .
