Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
moved in here recently, was told apartment is remodeled, construction is over. There has not been a single day without someone banging on the walls outside or the windows or something or the other with construction work.
Avoid renting even if they tell you construction is all over , because it is a LIE and they will not do anything about the noise.
You can easily find an apartment for much less without all the construction mess goin on.
