I have lived at Ravenswood for almost 6 years. I am very happy. The prices are higher thats because it is in a great location and the apartments have new countertops, appliances, carpet, etc. There is a lot of contrustion going on around the buildings and the property to make it look nicer(it is about 24 years old). However this construction is only during the day 9-5pm which if you don't work then you may complain. I like the changes they are doing and am happy to pay just a bit more rent for something that I feel comfortable, happy, and safe in. Please visit the site before you make any rash decisions from looking at this site.
