Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The apartments are small and boxy. The hot water doesn't last long enough for a full shower. Construction starts early in the morning and ends after I get home. The construction guys steal power from my laundry room and leave the doors open when they are done getting everything wet from the rain. They are now blocking off the parking car ports that are paid for monthly for construction but have not informed us or provide us with other places to park. Also, someone broke into my car 2 days ago while it was parked here.
I like the location, but yeah its not great.
