If you like driving around for 15 minutes to find a parking spot, then hiking around the neighborhood to get to your apartment, then this is the place for you! Just imagine all the excersize you'll get.
I've lived here for 2 years. Maintenance is too slow. (It took over a month to get my stove working. Seriously.) Mold is pervasive. They actually schedule a cleaning crew to windex over the trim molding every spring. (Note to maintenance: Simply painting over mold will not eliminate the problem.)
I recommend checking your closet monthly, as over 1/2 my clothes were ruined.
The tenants are primarily from other countries, where it is perfectly acceptable to store your garbage outside one's door, until they feel like throwing it away. They must be too tired from walking from their car to the apartment'
To sum it up, if you need some excersize, don't mind walking around garbage, enjoy mold, feel that major appliances are optional, and the pervasive smell of curry is enjoyable, then this is the place for you!
And yes, the washer/dryer are outside on your patio.
