I have lived here for almost a year now, and yes the management has changed but I think it is for the better :) I have had very few maintenance issues and when I do it usually takes them about 2 days to get it taken care of. The new office staff is superb, they really have gone out of their way to help me. The parking is a little tight but what complex is not, you pay for what you get so if you want to pay the cheapest rent in the area and get the worst customer service then go ahead and move on the the next complex. The Onyx is not the cheapest but sure does out shine others when it comes to customer service. I would much rather pay a little more to get a higher level of satisfaction.

Gosh, I wonder who wrote this??? It never fails to amaze me when management companies pose as tenants and give positive reviews, and actually think they are fooling someone.

Looks like one of the new management member put this up. Out of the way?? These management people don't even get out of their chair.....forget out of the way. I have lived here for over 2 years and I would say the new management is by far the worst. The previous management was a lot better.

I am a former HSC employee and I'm glad we got fired of that community its a hell hole...and thats beign nice
