The heat insulation is non existent. In winters don't be surprised if your electricity bill reads $$$. Prospective tenants please take time to enquire about what current residents are paying towards their electricity bills.
Try this simple test in the unit that you are planning to move in. Close all doors and windows and turn on the heater. Now go and stand near the entrance door. You will feel cold wind rushing in. How can you keep your house warm if you have so much cold air come in' Not to mention that the centralized heater requires you to heat all the rooms even if you are using one room (I find closing vents of unused rooms very cumbersome).
Apart from this parking is an issue if you have more than one car.
Maintenance guys are good and pretty quick.
Management keeps changing very often. I haven't interacted with the current management much so cannot comment on them. But everytime I go to them, they make sure that they tell me how bad the previous management was and why they got fired.
I have seen worse places than this. In all an average experience. Excellent location if you work at microsoft.

Way to go FPI...bad mouthing previous managment to make your self look good..that shows alot of class. They did Hsc/Riverstone a favor...Thank you again FPI now your living the dream...have fun!!!
