We have lived here for just under two years, first in an apartment flat and then in a townhome, supposedly with a two-car tandem garage, which only holds one car, unless you have two compact cars.

Parking throughout the complex is a nightmare! Not all residents respect the reserved parking (not to mention the cost for reserved parking and garages at $100 a piece!) Management is unhelpfull in resolving issues raised regarding parking.

It is advertised as a gated community and a premium is charged for that safety, although the gates are broken more often than not and there are no other fences around the community, so anyone can walk onto the property at any time.

Speed Limits!! are ignored and unenforced - sheesh - children live here!

Pet cleanup stations are available around the communtity, but the cleanup laws really (really!) need to be enforced!

Maintence takes about a week (at least) to fix anything! And don't even try the emergency pager.

Good Location, nice floorplans, nice kitchens and semi-reasonable rates for the area.. but really - don't give yourself the headaches just to save a few dollars.
