I've read some of these other comments about the terrible management but I believe that the management has changed since 2002. I've had incredible service, when I call someone will show up within hours, if I have problems I go and talk to someone in the office and they have taken care of the problem. The rent is quite reasonable and the space in the apartment (The Brittany) is pretty large compared to other places I have check out and lived in. It's has very nice amenities with a large washer and dryer right in the apartment - compared to other apartments the W/D would be in a very small room, but here at Avalon you have your own room with plenty of shelf space. The kitchen actually has a pantry - just about all the other apartments I've checked out do not have one at all. The bedrooms are all much more larger than any other place I've checked. They don't use particle board for shelves!

There is a problem with the parking after 7 or 8pm, I can say that but I've always found a space even that late. But you can always pay for covered parking or a garage or even get a townhome with its one garage.

The management personnel have been quite friendly and professional.
