Avalon at Bear Creek is quiet, the grounds are lovely and well-maintained, and the staff are awesome.
Prior to choosing this community, I read the negative reviews on this website and asked the management team about them. They were very candid and assured me that they bend over backwards to keep their residents happy.
I can assure you that they do. I had a small problem in my apt shortly after moving in, and they not only worked diligently to fix it, but also compensated me for the inconvenience. They have been nothing but helpful, and it's been a pleasure living here.
The parking can be difficult at times, but overall it's a great place to live!
