we moved here b/c we had friends here and they loved it and it was way cheaper than the other townhome we had. well you get what you pay for.

we had an ant infestation for the first 4 months we lived there. they bought me groceries monthly b/c the ants kept coming back. i got to know the bug guy quite well. basically the rainy season started and the ants went away.

maintence was good for us....always responsive but often had to come back b/c not knowledgeable to fix first time around.

we had misc fees each month and finally figured out they had a typo somewhere on the lease. Martha did finally fix it.

but we had loud neighbors. with surround sound who don't understand bass sound waves sound louder farther away.....we had a mirror fall off the wall from the noise! mgmt sent letters. i ended up calling police once for a loud party christmas eve. mgmt again sent letters. nothing happened. people smoked and pee'd off balconies too. nothing happened. the manager and an office person lived in my cul de sac.....and nothing happened. the rude people who were supposed to be kicked out after the 3rd report were not.....it just kept happening.

we would not recommend this place. i felt that the management just didn't know how to buckle down and get things done. i heard so many lies.......they need more workers in the office too.
