Well built, very poorly run!

Pros
Very good looking community
Nice apartment from the inside
Great pool

Rude staff
Staff inconsistent in policies - Everyone who moved into the community after I did seems to have a remote to open the community gate except for me, even after reapeated requests!!
Very unresponsive service - If there is a problem in the apartment it will be forever before it is fixed, and if the service is late dont except any apologies, cause they seem to consider they are doing you a favor.
Be thankful if a phone message gets returned in 15 days!
Very limited free parking
Very Very high month to month fees - $250 per month
Summary - However nice the apartments may be, you have to deal with the staff - and what a nightmare that has been. Am totally excited to move out. Just hoping that they do not nickle and dime me out of my refundable deposit! Avoid this place.
