I've lived in the apartment complex for two years, and my husband wrote a review for this complex a year ago(see Quality Living August 2004). However, he wrote it just before the three great managers suddenly were replaced by new managers and we were not informed until at least a month later, or happen to stop by in the office. The new managers were nice, however, within a few months, they too were replaced by more new managers. All in all, there have been three new sets of replaced management, and 5 new sets of maintenance people in less than the two years that we have lived here.

Our building used to house quiet neighbors--now people from all walks of life(think trailer trash) are starting to living here and causing and blasting music so loudly that the walls and furniture vibrate all the way up to the top floor from the bottom floor, people partying at all hours of the night in the parking lot outside our windows. Because the managers change so frequently, it's hard to establish a rapport if something does happen. We are counting each day until our lease is up so we can get out of here.
