I have lived here for just over a year, They have had quite a bit of turnover in the office and the new people are very rude. Even when we were trying to sign a new lease, they were completely unwilling to work with us about different lease terms.

The garbage bins are always overflowing. My neighbors are very very loud.

It seems as though, the maintenance repairs for the community are not a top priority. The gate to the pool was broken for at least a month.

As the person in a previous review said, the "business center" is a joke. Bring your own paper if you want to print anything out.

When they needed to "check all the garage doors" (what there were really doing was checking to make sure people weren't using it as storage)they gave us ONE DAYS notice.
And they never did fix the terrible scraping and screaching noise they all make.

If you are considering moving here, think again. It's over priced and under managed
