I moved in in April 2004. The management was great, really went out of their way to make you feel welcome, they had lived there for years. Then all of a sudden they were gone, and lots of people came in, very impersonal, raised the rent a bit (I have roommates, so it didn't affect me that much) and generally seemed like they didn't care much about people at all. When it came time to renew the lease last year they couldn't have cared less, much less make an offer to reduce the rent increase. We looked for something better but did it too late and renews out of covenience. Definitely moving out this year, but I can't say the plave is horrible. For my situation (three friends in an apartments), it's worked out quite well for two years.
I pay for parking, if you don't, at night you may have NO place to park (seriously).
The apartments still look pretty new, gotta give them that. Never had any maintenance problems to be honest.
