I have lived here for about a year. There has been a lot of office turnover, so no one seemed to know what was going on. There are two new girls in the office, which seems to be a good fit. The new leasing consultant doesn't seem to know much, but seems to want to help. The new assistant seems to be doing a much better job than Chris the old assistant and really seems to know what to do and wants to help. I will tell you there are a lot of dificult residents that aren't always nice to the office staff (seen first hand yesterday with a resident paying rent late.)Kristy handled it well and factually. Fernado and Crystal in maintenance are great, understaffed but trying to keep up, they really need to staff the place up. For the most part a good place to live parking is really tight, get home early. Received renewal unfair increase. Will not be renewing for that reason only.
