NOT a good place to live!

When I first leased a year ago, I was pretty happy with the manager...however, not so much today. I was told many conflicting stories about my lease agreement and how the renewal process would take place. I have never heard of a complex that requires your renewal to be a one-year-only agreement what they claim is due to the other 'move-outs' that would take place the other possible months (which were 'filled up' whatever that means.) I have leased in many complexs for years and was never told I had to do a one year renewal or nothing! (no option of six, nine months etc.)
To top that off, that is not what I was told when I first asked management the about the renewal process. I had plumbing problems too during my stay here. Continued for months. That was fortunately repaired by the maintainece staff who were luckily very nice (I guess makes up for some of the extremely rude office staff!) Nice amentites here and floorplans, but you pay that in the steep prices that, by the way, definitely increase at your renewal. I dread move-out as wellfinding out now our last waterbill is
taken out of the deposit. Who ever heard of such a thing''
In addition, if that's not enough, parking for the most part was pretty lousy through- out my stay (they dont hesitate to tow your car without warning) Needless to say, I do not recommend this place to live to anyone.
