I've lived here for 5 years. The staff when I moved in was awesome. Extremely helpful, professional, a pleasure to deal with. Then they disappeared a year or so ago, and there has been a revolving door of staff ranging from rude to useless to just not-helpful. After living here for 5 years, they will only offer me another 1 year lease (with another rate increase) or the option to go month-to-month for 300 extra dollars per month. One other sneaky trick the most recent managers have pulled... when I signed my last lease, they quoted me one price, but when I went in to sign the paperwork, it was actually a higher rate than agreed upon by 20 bucks or so. Doesn't seem like much, but it's a suspect way to pull an extra 240 bucks a year out of you. I'm out of here.
