Our family lived here for three years and recently moved out. We had left the apartment in reasonable condition and in all the many years of living in various apartments had never had a problem getting our security deposit or breaking even. They charged us money to repaint the apartment and for things that are usually reasonable wear especially over the length of time we lived there. Do not rent here. The management is rude, and they will charge you every cent that they can get out of you. We were nice tenants and never caused any problems, and took care of our apartment. There are many other nicer places to live in the area
