Ok seriously, I have lived in this apartment for two years. In those two years they have not been able to fix two things...once is my bi-folding pantry doors. They even replaced them but never adjusted the tracks which is what needs to be done. They fall off their hinges every time I open the door!! This is really getting old. The other problem started when I moved in. I noticed water marks on the vinyl in my bathroom when I moved in. Within a week the baseboards where yellow which is because there was water damage and instead of replacing them someone just painted over it. I was told they would replace the vinyl and baseboards but wanted to find where the water was coming from. They recaulked my tub but that was the end of it. I have complained to the office on several occasions and nothing has been done with it. Now they are on their third manager and new maintenance manager. I don't think they will fix the problem.

Now, I was just given a notice of a maintenance inspection. This will be the sixth inspection in two years. Don't you think this is overkill. The last one was in November. Nothing has changed since then. Why not spend some time fixing the problems rather then just "inspecting" them. They should start living by their motto "Time well spent" This isn't well spent is it'
