The original office staff is gone, but not missed. My move-in was a great big mess!! But the new staff have been great!! One lady in the office is friendly and professional. She stays on top of little details and is very helpful. There is a new manager and he promises changes that are needed around here. He seems to be very stong in customer service and is eager to please short of the rent increases. He was willing to spend alot of time just listening to my complaints.
The maintenance people spent several days clearing ice from the sidewalks and spreading salt on the pavement this winter. The office was open all day and night when the power went out so we could sit by the gas fireplace. The staff was in and out the whole time and were available to listen to complaints about the situation, even though there was not much they could do to turn the power back on. They had boxes of starbucks coffee that someone brought in. MMMMMMM!
I've had very few problems with my apartment. When I did have something come up, they fixed it quickly, usually the same day. The grounds are fine, but need to be re-barked. I do wish we had assigned parking so we could have a spot guaranteed when I get home late at night. Other than the high rent increases, I am happy here. I will probably move when my lease expires soon, but only because I expect a big increase.
