Parking is the worst ever. They charge you pet rent of $35.00 a month. If you want to make sure you have parking you also have to pay $35.00 a month for that. We started paying $1225.00 and three years later it's has gone up to $1685.00. That does not include the parking, or pet rent. SCREW THIS PLACE!!!!!

Can you really expect prices to stay the same over the years even being so close to Microsoft? I pay the extra money for a garage to be certain I have a space, sure the parking is rough sometimes in this complex but where else around here isn???t? Welcome to Redmond, everywhere I???ve looked also charges for a parking space it???s nothing new.
