I have been searching through many apartments, townhomes, and condos in the Redmond, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Issaquah area. Only, ONLY, only at Avalon at Bear Creek did I experience the following:
*Excellent customer service
*Clean and well kept Apartments
*Truly natural feel
*Full ammeneties
*Privacy
*Great space and use of floor plan.
----- assisted us and his service was above and anything I received anywhere else, both here in Washington and in Florida where I am previously from.
I would recommend both him and this complex to family, and I plan to.
My experiences just happened this last week 11/19/08. Good luck if you are looking to move, I know it is a true hassle, but this complex gave me a great deal of confidence and satisfaction.
Please note that I am in no way associated with this community, I am simply a Microsoft employee looking for a great home.
