Pricey but a nice place to live.

The property is kept very nice - lawn, shrubs, flowers, etc. and the apartments are well kept and maintained. I lived at Avalon for 1-1/2 years and enjoyed my stay there. The apartments are pricy and the pet deposit and monthly pet charges (per pet) are higher than most. It can become sticky when you want to move out. They will ding you for every little thing so that they don't have to refund your security deposit.
