Avoid at all costs!

The community _looks_ nice and the people in the office are really helpful for getting you sucked into a lease. The community is overpriced given its location (it seems close to Microsoft, but you end up driving longer routes to avoid traffic anyway).
Once you join though it is clear the real management of the complex doesn't care about you. Complaints about abandoned vehicles take months for any action (we've seen 2 known vehicles and possibly a third in the last 18 months). Latest changes in payment management has made errors likely. You will need to either pay through an electronic system (they've messed up more than 1 time for us already on this) that is off-site from the actual management or you have to mail your checks to Virginia before the 1rst (and they state they will cash checks immediately upon reciept). There is no control on payment with this community.
Additionally, if for some reason your payment is percieved as late, the first notice you will recieve is a 3 day notice to pay up or leave (eviction notice).
These people do not want you to live here.
