Parking is a nightmare! My car was hit twice in the parking lot. And my car was towed as the only parking space left one night in the whole place was a handicapped spot. They reimbursed my tow fees only after I mentioned legal issues. The sound insulation is horrible. We lived on the top floor and we could hear the people below us all the time. A child throwing tantrums at midnight during the work week is not an easy thing to sleep through. They told us very few children lived there, which was not the truth. We only used the pool once because it was always packed with kids. It gets very hot in the apts in the summer, and it isn?t the cheapest place to keep warm in the winter. The fireplace does nothing. We didn?t have problems with the maintenance crew, but we found the office staff trying to work with. They were never helpful. While the apartments are nice, the location is decent and the grounds are great, you couldn?t pay me to move back there. And if you value your car I wouldn?t live there either.
