A Bunch of Savages'

The people who rent these apartments must be a bunch of savages. From the entrance gate, the signs are evident. A "refer a friend" sign states a $300 reward for referral; however, the building management has had to add "That moves in" to the sign. How many people have referred people who haven't moved in and then followed up with, "Where's my money'"
Parking is a huge problem. On average, each tenant has one parking space and two cars. The second almost always ends up half in the street, half on the sidewalk. Others end up in the handicap parking spaces or blocking another person's driveway, but never a block or two away on the access road (which has plenty of sidewalk accessable parking).
Avignon is quiet friendly to pet owners. However, the savage owners appear to have forgotten their waste bags on each trip outside. One or more tenants allows their dog to roam free in order to keep up an "out of sight, out of mind" mentality. Others choose to walk away from their dogs ellimination spot -- in someone's flower bed, a foot off the sidewalk, in a grassy knoll; wherever it may land.
There are certainly good, respectable folk living here, too. Unfortunately, the savages have them outranked.
Other concerns include cold rooms (costly to heat) and poor sound dampening. Ensure that your neighbors don't have any hearing problems before signing a lease.
