I am reasonably satisfied living here, but there are a number of issues:

1, Very noisy neighbors we can hear everything!
2, Noise from surrounding streets. A number of the residents find it necessary to rev up there engines at 1am most nights!
3, Parking is a real problem, there is supposed to be a 2 car limit and you are supposed to use your garage. But a lot of people have 3 or more cars, they also don?t park in there garage?s. So parking on the street, sidewalk or disabled spaces seems to be fine. It makes the place look cheap.
4, I often find people parking outside of my garage so I can?t get my car out.
5, The old management were completely useless, but a whole new change of staff seems to have helped.
6, The gate is just a pain, and should remain broken!

On the plus side, the pool and gym are quite good. Our apartment is very spacious and the build quality is ok.

Cant wait to move out.
