I have lived at Avignon for about 2 years now, and thank god my lease is up in 3 months!! i cant wait, the management has gone down hill, they are not helpful and are rude half the time.

Then there is the noise problem.

The problem is the walls are like paper.

Your neighbors walking around,talking, their t.v.

etc.

it is all heard by you.

When you tour this property ask about your neighbors.

I have a 18 yr old next to me and they party all the time.

A complaint to management will not work, i have tried that 6 times.

Ask lots of questions and revisit before signing anything! it is very expensive to get out of your lease.
