Our family moved in just a few month's ago. We love being right next to the trail, and our kids like the activities offered for them. There was a movie night last month, and they get treats at the office every Friday.

The complex is very quiet and kept very clean. Our townhouse is very large and has everything we need. I occasionally hear my neighbors, but it's nothing like our last apartment, where someone was stomping arond on top of us all the time.

The staff is always very nice. When we had a problem with our garbage disposal, they were there the same day to take care of it.

I would recommend Avignon to friends. In fact, some friends of ours are on the waiting list for July.
