ridiculous pricing... i lived for a year, and after my lease was up i was going to re-lease, but the jacked the rate up from 1275 / month to over 1475 (just a subtle increase). so, not about to pay that fee, i told them i'd go month to month while i looked for a new place... well, the came to close to about $1750, cuz the the new rate applied while going month to month puls a $275 month-2-month fee. so, if you got money to burn, its a great place. great location... nice construction... good trail in the back. only occasional problems w/ people not picking up after their pets.
