It is obvious that the last couple of comments were written by management to try to keep some of their residents. Avignon is a nice location and true the grounds are attractive, but unfortunately the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors doing anything from watching t.v. to talking to whatever! You hear their garage doors opening and closing at all hours of the night, and god forbid if you are by the loud gates! This may look pretty on the outside, but have you seen the Money Pit''''' keep this is mind while touring townhomes!
