Very expensive, cheaply built, great location.

If your looking for a great location, and you can judge a book by its cover, then this place is great.
Nice area, great little gym,
nice pool.
The trail and river right behind the place.
DSL access.
All of these things are great.
The problem is the units were thrown up so fast that many of the walls are bowed, the counter tops pealed and our house squeaked so badly, that we would have to step around my sons door to keep him from waking up.
And we were the first tenants of this unit!!! We had a "two" car garage, that could really only fit two small cars.
Now I know that since I drive a pickup truck, that I need to be flexible, but the "rules" are that both of your vehicles need to be parked in your garage.
We coundn't do this.
If you have anything other that two standard sized cars, you're out of luck.
