Not that bad for an apartment

These units are alot better then most places I have lived.

Yes I can hear my neibors, but atleast I don't have people above, below and on both sides of me like at a regular apartment complex.

As for qulaity, all of my appliances are good quality and lasting.

Parking they allow you two assigned parking places, without extra charge, which is a lot for an apartment.

The office staff has been very helpful to my family, they have taken care of the few things we had quickly.

And they are very nice every time we go in there.

WE had a problem with bugs, like others have mentioned, but as soon as we mentioned it to management they had a specialist out here and the problem was solved.



The price i have found isn't that high for the location and the size, in seattle you would be paying twice the price.

I am very happy here, and we plan to stay here untill we are ready to buy our own house.

As far as overall rating, i say deffinatly move here.

Just remember it is apartment, and remember most times people get on here is when they have a problem, so that means there are atleast 200 people that enjoy living here.
