When i moved out of Avignon i was asked why' When i said that you could hear everything through the walls they told me i should have expected to be able to hear noise since it is apartment living.

I have now moved into another home, that is not a townhome, but an apt.

and the noise is nothing like at Avignon.

You could hear people in their bathroom, walking up their stairs, and closing their garage.

I would have thought that a townhome priced so high, would have been built a bit better.

Avignon is in a good location, but if you dont like other's noise, i would not suggest living there.
