The positives:
Great location, backs Burke-Gilman, spacious units. Also, there's a Washer/Dryer, microwave, and a dishwasher in each home plus they have garages for storage (2 car garages are great! 1 car garages are another story...). Closet space is average.

The negatives:
Noise. I hear my neighbors constantly when they are home. I think I can hear them breathing, the walls are so thin. God forbid, you live in one with kids next door -I hear them when they get up in the morning and go to school then I hear them from when they get home from school until they go to bed at night. The kids' bedroom abuts the master and I hear their bedsprings creak at as well as coughing, sneezing, running to the bathroom, and just PLAYING in their room.

I hear the neighbor's shower run, the washer run, the dryer run, the toilets flushing, the disposal running. The children running screaming up and down the hallway and practicing the piano. Yes, the piano.

It's unpleasant unless you have a high tolerance for dealing with noise of people you don't know and don't love.

Too expensive. The units are not worth what Avignon charges - a 2br starts at 1400. Too high for these units, although they do offer great move-in incentives (a month free and a "starter rate").

Parking works if you have 2 cars and a 2 car garage. There's also PLENTY of storage space in a 2 car garage. However, most of the units here have 1 car garages with 2 or more cars per unit. Yuck. Trying to find a parking place is impossible and people end up on the street that runs in front of the complex or in their tiny driveway.

I'd like it here if there was more parking and the walls actually worked as walls rather than windows.

I can't recommend this place to anyone due to the poor construction and the cost.
