Paper thin walls, deposits never returns, parking problems, neighbors is not good

We lived there more than 3 years.. because we did not find nice house for us.. and with my 2 kids I felt like I lived in a cage with terrible neighbors. Its a very low change that you can get a nice neighbor for next door. You can hear them very easily when they are talking or fighting with each other.. You can hear running shower in middle of the night. House is shaking if next door is going up to stairs.. Tenants profile is not good.. They don't care who rents the apartments. Finaly We bought a house in same city and we are free thank God. I definetely don't recommend.. People dont use their garage.. so there is a big parking problems.
