So very over priced.
They polise the apartments to look nice but if you look closely, you will see the cheapness.
I pay 1600.00 and my rent is being raised to 1665.00 for my two bedroom.
We are renewing because we can't buy a house right now, but I can't wait to stop giving these apartments all of my money.
Parking is an issue because everyone uses their garages for storeage and park their vehicles in the guest parking.
Also people do not pick up after their dogs so becareful about where you step or let your kids play.
We've seen the management change once so far in one year and the new management is very strict.
Kids basically cannot play outside anymore in the grassy areas or court yards.
Being next to the rec trail is very nice.
The apartment's playground is nice.
These apartments are definately over priced, but the nicest in Redmond.
The residents we are around are friendly but I've come across some who are so mean it's shocking.
