I've only been here 8 months, but like most things. I wish they would update the gym or make it bigger. The people in the office have been nice to me, but sounds like others may have had issues in the past. My kids love it. The playground is very nice. The manager said they can skate on the sidewalks, but not the streets. I guess that's practical because it is definetly safer if I'm not right on top of them. Lot's of residents have pretty flowers on their patios. I don't like the bird feeders or crazy iron contraptions that cheapen the look of the yards and bring bird poo or threat of Avian flu, though.
