Lousy management, lousy construction. Save your money, shop around and rent somewhere else!

Management under ING Clarion was awesome, but went totally downhill after the new company took over.
The friendly office staff all disappeared and the replacement crew's attitude and customer service skills would fit right at home managing a prison.
Issues:
* We tried, twice, to schedule a move-out inspection.
We were told that "no one is available" to do the inspection with us.
2 weeks later we received a bill that says that the carpet is damaged, despite spending a day to clean the place (including said carpet).
When asked to describe the damage to the carpet, the admin drone didn't have an answer.
* During pressure washing (in the middle of summer) maintanence crew left a tall ladder leaning against the master bedroom window.
Despite 3 voicemails and 2 calls to the office, maintanence didn't take care of it.
We personally showed up at the office to voice the complaint - and was told that it's the first time they've heard of the problem.
Even after personally complaining they did not remove the ladder until we removed it - and left it in the middle of the walkway.
The apartment units are shoddily built.
The stairs banister leans by about 2 inches when you lean against it.
All the doors are crooked.
The bathroom cabinet handle pulls are installed at random height.
The garage door opener opens in the middle of the night with no explaination.
The walls are paper thin - and you can hear your neighboor flushing the toilet at 3am.
Punk kids (Building JJ cul-de-sac) rev their car engines late at night, while the Harley Davidson owner spends about 20 minutes warming up his ride in the morning.
Do yourself a favor - check out 9200 Redmond Place, Chelsea Square, Lions Gate instead.

If you damage your carpet and leave the place a nasty mess when you move out, they usually charge you too restore it! If you have issues while you live somewhere then report it, so they can attept to take care of it. I am sure...just like yourself these people are only trying to do their job! There should be a place for people to post comments about the work preformane of everyone..not just people in the apt. industry!

My experience was exactly the same and it cost me thousands of dollars. The carpet in my unit was a disgrace when I moved in but I had no choice since my employer picked this location for me. I have since moved and am very happy. Please do yourself a favor - check out 9200 Redmond Place, Chelsea Square, Lions Gate instead. You will save yourself much grief. Read the other reviews listed on here and trust us when we tell you it was the worst experience we have ever had to go through. We are only posting here so that you don't have to go through it yourself. Best of luck in your search for your new home.
