I don t often take time to send praises, but in this case your staff has been excellent and deserves the praise.



I took a day off work 3 weeks ago to find a place to live. I visited 4 properties in Redmond before I arrived at Avignon. I was greeted by Sharon with a big smile, a warm welcome and a very thorough and detailed knowledge of the property, availability and options for my needs. After visiting the other properties where I was treated like someone who was shopping for a used car, constantly being qualified and viewed with disdain for taking them away from their office, being welcomed and treated with enthusiasm and respect was a big advantage to Avignon. Sharon quickly showed me several options and timings for those options. I was looking to move right away so she made me aware of the one unit that could be moved in right away and warned me it would go fast. She was right, when I came back later that day, another couple was on the verge of renting it. Her insight allowed me to get the unit in time before it was gone and solved a key problem for me. I deeply appreciated her going above and beyond here. I signed a lease that day for a unit in your complex.



Since I have been in, Sharon knew it was not exactly what I wanted in terms of floor plan and has kept me apprised of other options as they became available. Because of this, I am moving into a larger unit in March and very happy about it. I have also had great experiences with getting issues with my unit addressed quickly and with little interaction from me.



Overall I am very happy with my experiences here and have recommended this property to some of my friends, one of whom is a relocation specialist placing many Microsoft employees into living arrangements. I highly encourage you to continue to have people like Sharon on your staff, it made a huge different in my search.
