Rent jumps the standard $80-100 at each renewal and seems to be pricey for what you get. The commnity removed the security gates and is still charging like they are in place. Grounds are generally well-kept but due to the fact that they overwater growth is rampant and the shrubs have a tendancy to get out of control. Speaking of water, your rate will fluxuate monthly as it is calculated based the total water usage for the complex (neighbors, empty units, grounds, pool, etc.). So the locatoin is good, the staff reasonably friendly but if you can't afford an annual increase of $100/month and water/sewer bills of $50-$100/month you'd be better off selecting another community. I selected "no, I would not reccomend." but I acutally would if my friend heard all the negatives up front.
